I am an enthusiastic learner with a passion for innovation and disruptive technologies. My studies have primarily focused on robotic control and AI, but my interests range from ambient technology software development to robotics hardware design. I have prototyping experience in team based environments, and thrive working with large multi-disciplinary teams. I have practical experience in control systems, and have enjoyed developing novel learning-based manipulator controllers as a part of my master's thesis and subsequent publications. More recently, I have had the opportunity to design and prototype autonomy systems for the next generation Canadarm. This work is truly out of this world!
I really enjoyed giving a talk at Queen's University's Ingenuity Labs research institute on my work at MDA.
